3) When it is melted, add the fragrance oil. You can use about ¼ - 1/3oz. give or take, depending on how fragrant you want it to be. You can use a pipette or pour it in.
Stir with a metal spoon, (a plastic spoon might melt in the soap).
4) The white melt and pour is temperature sensitive, and it will start to develop a skin fairly quickly. If it does, put it back in the microwave for 20 seconds.
5) To split the melt and pour to make orange/violet pastel, pour some into the other Pyrex container. If you just want to make the pumpkin orange, pour just a tiny bit – less than 1/8th of a cup.
If you want to make layers of white and orange, pour a cup. Add drops of colorant 5 drops at a time, mix to see whether it is dark enough. Add more, if needed. It is always best to start light on the colorant,
as you may always add more color, if it is not vibrant enough for your liking.
6) Spray the inside of the mold with a fine mist of alcohol.
7) Using the dropper (and while the orange still does not have a skin), fill the pipette with orange soap. VERY gently, squeeze the top of the dropper to fill in the pumpkin.
If it spreads over the edges, carefully wipe it with a finger.
8) Gently spray the pumpkin with a mist of alcohol. This will remove the bubbles from the top.

9) After the soap in the pumpkin is set up and not liquid, begin to pour the next layer of white. You might have to re-microwave it for another 20-30 seconds to get it flowing again.
If you want it to be all white, just pour GENTLY into the bottom of the mold at the side away from the pumpkin until the mold is filled. Spray with alcohol to remove bubbles.
If you want a layer of white and a layer of orange/violet, pour half the mold with white in all three molds. Then pour the remaining white into the orange Pyrex container and microwave.
Add more orange/violet dye until it is the color you want.
10) After the first layer of white has become non liquid (the skin is thick enough so the next layer will not sink through, GENTLY pour the orange/violet on top of the white.
Spray the top with alcohol to remove bubbles.
11) When the soaps have become hard enough that they do not move when you pick up the mold, place the mold in the refrigerator to assist in set-up.
You should be able to pop them out of the mold after 2 hours.
